It was only January just gone when I launched version 4 of seanjohnson.net but I’ve never been totally happy with it, so I’ve managed to find some time in my busy life to revisit this sketchbook idea I had a while back. If you’ve been following my Twitter feed you’ll see I’ve been pulling my hair out over a few things, but I wanted this live as soon as, so I’ve ditched a couple of bits and will be feeding these back in over the next few weeks. Please feel free to leave comments and let me know what you think.

So here it is! After many months of nothingness I’ve finally got my site back in order. I’ve introduced a blog so I can rant and rave about the industry, share my thoughts and generally say good things about my chums! And, of course, you can view samples of my recent work in the portfolio area.
I’m using the Wordpress blogging platform to power the site and have created my own theme, semantically coding the HTML & CSS from the ground up. I’ll be preparing a version of theme and making it available for download some time soon.
Hope you like the new look and please feel free to leave comments.

Mike Armstrong, one of our talented designers at Bluestone, has finally got round to getting his personal site up and running. When he’s not working, playing Xbox games or watching dodgy B-movies, he’s scribbling away creating characters and illustrating comics. The Catalyst Studios site will showcase his work and his thoughts in what promises to become a popular blog.

Made up of scribbles and scraps of paper it’s a great design that has a real feel of an artist’s website. The design has been ported into a Wordpress theme and demonstrates his excellent CSS skills - I’m privileged to have him in my team.
